That’s also the hard part. It can be tough to tell FuboTV versus Hulu With Live TV. Or FuboTV versus YouTube TV. What makes one stand out above the others?

We’re focusing on FuboTV here. We’ll look at the FuboTV channels and price and everything else that makes it what it is, and makes it a viable option in 2022.

FuboTV price and plans

Things have both changed and settled for FuboTV. It no longer has a trifecta of plans (it used to have even more than that) and has settled on two main packages: Fubo Pro, and Fubo Elite. (The Fubo Starter plan was dropped in March 2022.)

Here’s how the total FuboTV cost shakes out:

Fubo Pro gets you 113 channels for $70 a month. With that you’ll 1,000 hours of cloud-based DVR (that is, the ability to “record” shows to play back later), and the ability to watch on up to 10 screens at home and two away from your home network, which Fubo calls “unlimited” despite having a pretty clear limit.

Fubo Elite ramps things up to $70 a month and has those same 113 channels and added another 41 from the Fubo Extra plan, and throws in another 10 from News Plus for a total of 164 channels. DVR remains the same at 1,000 hours, and you still have the same 10 “unlimited” screens at home and two on the road.

Both of those plans come with a free seven-day trial. You have the option to pay monthly, or quarterly — but there’s no discount if you fork over three months at a time.

FuboTV channels

FuboTV has a competitive slate of channels. That starts with your local broadcast affiliates, though you’ll want to check the Fubo website because those can vary slightly depending on where you live.

Fubo Pro — the new starter plan — has 113 channels, but that number includes eight different beIN Sports channels, 11 from TUDN, and a few others that also have alternates. Here’s what all you can expect:

Fubo Elite adds 41 more channels from Fubo Extra (which technically is available as an $8-a-month option on its own) and 10 more from News Plus, which you can get a la carte for another $3 a month. Those channels include:

The channels above are just the base plans. There are a number of other options as well.

One of the first and biggest outside the two main plans is Fubo Latino. That’s 40 channels of Spanish-language, some of which is available as part of Fubo Pro or Fubo Elite.

Also on the channels front, you’ll find a few premium movie options, which include multiple channels. Those include:

FUBOTV und 4K

FUBOTV auf einmal war der einzige Live-TV-Streaming-Service in den USA, um alles in 4K anzubieten. (Ja, upscaled 4k. Nicht einheimisch.)
